1. Download and fill this ‘Membership Application Form’

2. Upload a ‘Membership Application Form’ and an ‘Official Letter’ - Click the 'Submit' button below and you will see the box "Successfully Uploaded!"

3. The delegation from your institution must attend the General Assembly Annual Meeting (GAAM) and give a presentation on an overview of your institution.

4. Membership applications will be accepted after the presentation during GAAM.
- 2/3 of votes by the members present at GAAM are required for a member application to be approved.
